BIKE REPAIRS IN THE COMMUNITY
Our mechanics from the MCF Bikery in Shipley are a regular feature at the local Repair Cafe at the nearby Kirkgate Community Centre. The Repair Cafe is an initiative set up by the Kirkgate Centre to encourage people to repair their stuff rather than throw it away. The volunteers at the repair cafe are on hand to try to help people repair their goods.

It is a natural fit for the MCF Bikery to go along to help people learn to repair their own bikes, our mechanics also provide free basic repairs and servicing to help keep cyclists cycling and prevent bikes being thrown away.
