Chris Boardman opens new workshop in Greater Manchester

The Link bike workshop, a small bike project, has been set up by Philip Barlow to help others benefit from the same bike maintenance training and mentoring he received.

The workshop was officially opened by Chris Boardman on Thursday 24th October and is based at Cheshire and Greater Manchester Probation Service on Jackson Street, Oldham.

HMP Kirkham Instructor Ray Stuart has been supporting Phil in his mission to get The Link Workshop set up and was present at the official opening.
