Volunteer Mechanic at the Bradford Bikery

Volunteer Mechanics help support the workshop activities at the Bradford Bikery. The time commitment for volunteers can be arranged on an individual basis but is typically between 4-7 hours per week. You’ll be lending a hand in various ways, with tasks ranging from performing maintenance checks, repairing and tuning bikes, assisting with organising the Bikery and more. We are looking for people who have a basic understanding of bike mechanics and have a friendly and welcoming attitude. We will provide an induction covering health and safety, fire safety, workshop layout and procedures and on the job bike maintenance training.
